As we hold a large range of Sunglasses, frames and lenses in stock many orders can be processed and dispatched on the same working day if ordered before 1pm UK time. For certain frames and more complex lenses, manufacture and dispatch can take up to 10 working days.
Once your purchase has been thoroughly quality checked, your glasses/sunglasses will be dispatched to you through Royal Mail’s tracked and trusted postal service, every delivery is secure, recorded and traceable. If any items are out of stock, we will notify you via email or telephone with an approximate delivery date. A tracking link will be sent to you once your order reaches the carrier, for you to be able to follow it all the way to your front door. Please note: we can only send parcels to the delivery address given when placing your order, please contact us immediately if you wish to make any alterations and we shall try our best to accommodate you if the item has not been dispatched.
When We Deliver
Our couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday; 9am – 5pm (please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days and we do not deliver on Bank Holidays). A signature is requested upon delivery. If you’re not in when our couriers first try to deliver then they may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain). However, if they cannot find a safe place to leave your parcel, they may leave a card to let you know that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange a redelivery of your order.
For worldwide deliveries the Royal Mail International service is used, as with UK, all items are secure, recorded and traceable. A tracking link will be sent to you once your order reaches the carrier, for you to be able to follow it. Once your item has left the UK, it will be delivered to your local postal office in your country, you may wish to contact your postal services for further information referencing your tracking number.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel and unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
